2. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes! We come fully equipped with our own cleaning supplies and tools. If you have preferred products you'd like us to use, just let us know ahead of time.

4. How do I book a cleaning?
Booking is easy! You can fill out our contact form or call/text us directly. We'll respond within 24 hours to confirm your appointment and go over details.

5. What are your rates?
Rates depend on the size and condition of the home.

• Basic Cleans typically start at $150

• Deep Cleans start at $230

• Move-In/Move-Out Cleans start at $275 and custom-quoted

6. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home. However, we require you to be present for walkthrough prior to cleaning and after cleaning is required to ensure customer satisfaction. As long as we have secure access to your home, we can take care of everything. Your trust and privacy are always respected.

7. Is a deposit required to book a cleaning?
Yes. A $50 deposit is required to reserve Deep Cleaning and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning appointments. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

8. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

9. Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind and protection.

10. Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Absolutely! We offer discounted packages for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring cleanings. Let us know what schedule works best for your home.

11. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Cash. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
